Lepcha Alphabet

The Lepcha Alphabet is used to write the Lepcha language, spoken mainly in the Indian state of Sikkim and in parts of Nepal and Bhutan. It is one of the oldest scripts from the eastern Himalayas, believed to have been created in the 17th or 18th century by scholars within the Lepcha community.
